Fred Henry

Fred Henry, age 93 of Temple, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Friday, June 24, 2022, at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.

Fred was born on January 30, 1929, to Chester and Annie Henry in Afton, Texas. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Marines. After retiring his own business of Henry’s Service Company, he worked in maintenance at La Quinta in Temple.

Fred was preceded in death by his parents; sons, John, and Gary; and daughter, Teresa.

Those left to cherish his memories are his loving wife, Lila Henry; brother, Lee Henry; son, Mike Henry; daughter, Suanne DeClue; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made in Fred’s honor to a hospice organization of your choice.
