Wilton Hejl

Memorial services for Wilton Alan Hejl, 74, of Temple, will be planned for a later date.

Mr. Hejl died Saturday, March 29, in Harker Heights.

He was born August 30, 1939, to Will and Albina Babovec Hejl in Zabcikville, Texas. He graduated from Temple High School in 1957. He married Linda Hejl in Temple and she preceded him in death in 2005.

Wilton was preceded in death by his parents his wife, Linda a brother, Jerome Hejl and his sister, Gladys Allison.

He leaves behind a daughter, Jennifer Hejl of Temple a son, Christopher Hejl of Oenaville his twin brother, William Hejl of Temple three grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.

Wilton was a kind and gentle man who loved the great outdoors and his family. To be fishing, hunting, or watching a good ball game meant all was fine with the world. He will be missed by his many friends and family.
