William Watson

Services for William "Bill" Paul Watson, 50, of Buckholts will be held on Saturday, November 18, at 10:00 am at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple. Burial will follow in procession to Hope Lutheran Cemetery in Buckholts, Texas.
William P. Watson died on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at a local hospital.
William " Bill " Paul Watson was born on December 4, 1966 to James Watson Sr. and Margaret Smith Watson in Gary, Indiana. Bill graduated from Temple High School. He worked as a framer for Western Auto. He married the love of his life Janie Rodriguez on May 23, 1987. Together they had a beautiful family. Bill spent his time with his family. He enjoyed fishing, Nascar, and playing pool. A few life lessons he leaves behind are treat everyone as family, put people before yourself and work hard. He was a member of the St. Monica's Catholic Church in Cameron, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Pat Watson, Mike Watson.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Janie R. Watson, Son, Williams Paul Watson II, two daughters, Jamie Gonzales and husband Brian Gonzales, Shanna Kimbrel and BJ McCall, two brothers, Jim Watson and wife Linda, and Don Watson, a sister, Debbie Watson Swegman and husband Tony; along with eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 pm with rosary at 7:30 pm on Friday, November 17 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.
