Mr. William Bill Frank Kelly, Jr, 84 of Temple died Monday, December 19, 2011 in a local nursing facility.
Graveside service will be 10 am Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple with the Rev. Hubert Austin officiating.
Mr. Kelly was born January 12, 1927 to the late William Frank and Nora Gallant Kelly in Temple, Texas. He served in the United States Army during World War II for which he was decorated with the Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal and the Phillippine Independence Ribbon. He has been a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in Temple, where he was also a member of the Friendship Sunday School Class.
Mr. Kelly graduated from Temple High School and went on to college and received a BA degree and later achieved his CPA license and worked for different companies throughout the area.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years: Maydell Malone Kelly of Temple and two sons Stephen Kelly of Dalton, GA and Robert Kelly of Temple and 3 grandsons.
He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister.
