William Brewer

Graveside services for William Bill Ellis Brewer, 74, of Temple will be at 11:00 am Wednesday at North Belton Cemetery.

Mr. Brewer passed away Saturday morning, June 15, 2013, at a local care center.

Bill was born on October 13, 1938 at Helena, AR to the late Otis and Ethel King Brewer. He married Frances Williams on July 2, 1964 and served in the United States Army from 1958 until 1969.

Bill worked for Wilson Art for 28 years and attended Avenue T Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his parents and stepmother, Corinng Brewer.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Frances Williams Brewer son, Mark E. Brewer, two brothers, Alton Brewer, Melvin Brewer a sister, Audrey Brewer three sisters in law, Sue Williams, Dorothy Dunlap, Mildred Whitley Grant a niece, Tammy Dunlap Gaines two nephews, David Williams, Reese Whitley three great nieces, Jaci Dunlap Gaines, Emalee Gaines, Adelaine Whitley and one greatnephew, Preston Whitley.

The family will receive friends from 68 pm Tuesday at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple.
