Vonell Salamone

Vonell R. Salamone, 78, of Georgetown, formerly of Belton, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2012 in a Georgetown Assisted Living Center. A funeral service will be 11am, Saturday, March 10, 2012 at HarperTalasek Funeral Home Chapel, Temple, TX. Rev. Eric Hartzell will officiate. Burial will follow in Wilson Valley Cemetery in Little River, TX. A visitation will be Friday, March 9, 2012 from 6:008:00pm, at the funeral home.

Vonell was born December 11, 1933 to the late Westoff Posey Ross and Madonna Lawson Ross in Holland, Texas. She worked as a manager for AAAA Storage in Belton for 4 years. She was a member of Belton Lighthouse Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and husbands Raymond Dudik and Anthony Salamone.

She is survived by her children Vickie M. Carter and husband Jerry of Pasadena Mitchell B. Dudik and wife, Tina of Texas City Bonnie C. Salamone and husband, Chris of Rogers sisters Maxine Holcomb of Santa Fe, Linda Lewis of Belton brothers Bobby Ross of Quitman Glen Ross of Marble Falls Dennis Ross of Ft. Worth 5 grandchildren Shanda Mullins, Terri Martin, Brian Dudik, Jason Carter and Katie Salamone 9 greatgrandchildren and a host of dear friends.
