Vivian E. Hutchinson, 74, of Temple died on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at a local hospital.
Vivian E. Hutchinson was born on June 24, 1941 to Edna A. Turner and Ossie T. Turner in Blair, Oklahoma. She was a civil service employee for 23 years before retirement. She was mother to many foster children.
Vivian is survived by her husband, Thomas v. Hutchinson, sisters, Lanita martin of Amarillo, TX, Barbara Green of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and numerous foster children
Arrangements are in the care of Harper-Talasek funeral Home in Temple
