Mrs. Toni Lee Bruggman, 52, of Rogers, died at her residence Wednesday, January 23, 2008.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 26, 2008 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple with Rev. Sam Callaway officiating. Interment will be at a later date.

Mrs. Bruggman was born to William and Frances Copeland Welcelean in Temple on April 16, 1955. She was a resident of Bell County most of her life. She married Alan Wayne Bruggman in Temple on September 3, 1982. She was employed with Scott White Memorial Hospital in

Temple since 1982, and was presently the Billing Manager of the Patient Financial Department.

Survivors include her husband, Alan Wayne Bruggman of Rogers; three sons, Michael Wayne Bruggman, William Shann Welcelean, and Brandon Alan Bruggman, all of Rogers; two daughters, Lesa Annette Rowell of Helena, Montana and Brittany Lee Bruggman of Rogers; two brothers, Michael Welcelean of Temple and Patrick Welcelean of

Palm Bay, Florida; one sister, Barbara Jean Thompson of Temple; and one grandson, Alan Matthew Rowell of Helena, Montana.

Visitation will be Friday from 7:00-9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple is in charge of arrangements.
