Thomas Lancaster

Services for T.E. Lancaster, 72, of Temple will be 10:00 am Friday, August 28, 2015 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.
T. E. Lancaster passed away Monday, August 24th at a local hospital.
T. E. was born on September 20, 1942 to Henry Lancaster and Doris Foster Lancaster in Salado, Texas. He attended Temple High School and at the age of 19, he married Mary Janice Dant and they were blessed with two children. T.E. retired from ER Carpenter and continued to work as a truck driver for Downing Transportation. T.E. attended the 15th Street Church of Christ and he loved his family.
Preceded in death by his father; brother, Nathan Lancaster; sister, Francine Lancaster; and grandchild, Tamera Lancaster.
Survivors include his wife; mother, Doris Lancaster; son, Tim Lancaster; daughter, Laura Pritchard; brother, Jim "Peabody" Lancaster; sister, Donna Watson; grandchildren, Amber Drake and husband Brian, and one great-grandson on the way, Nathan Drake.
Visitation will be from 6 - 8 pm Thursday, August 27th at the funeral home.
