84 of Temple, passed away Friday April 9th 2010 at a local nursing home. Thomas was born August 18, 1925 in Commerce TX, to Stanley Clifton and Rosabelle Darwin. He is preceded in death by his parents loving wife Effie Wanda. Cavness, his sons Thomas S. and Curtis Cliftonand sister Martha Lorine Clifton. He is survived by his sons Douglas S Hatley and Randall J. Clifton, daughter Patricia A. Mills, twelve grandchildren and numerous greatgrandchildren, and sister Rose Marie Steiner Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday April 13, 2010 at HarperTalasek Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 58 Monday at the funeral home.
