Terry Cooley

Terry Wayne Cooley, 63, of Queen City, Texas, died Tuesday, April 5, 2016, in a Waco, Texas hospital surrounded by family. He was born July 10, 1952, to August Cooley and Joyce Cooley in Nashville, Arkansas.

Terry had been fighting so hard for so long and his body just couldn't keep up the fight. Today he is celebrating life with his Lord God in Heaven. His witty sense of humor will be missed. Terry was a man of his word, and never met a stranger. He was a devoted father, grandpa, brother and avid sports enthusiast. He was preceded in death by his father, August Cooley, mother Joyce Cooley, and son, Timothy Cooley.

Terry is survived by his daughter and her wife, Terri and Monica Cooley; son, Joshua Cooley; his sister and her husband, Patricia and Gary Buster; and brother, Bill Cooley.

The family would like to invite all to a memorial service, celebrating Terry's life, to be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, April 16, 2016 by the gazebo in the Four States Fairgrounds Park in Texarkana, Arkansas.
