Stephen Lee Cole Steve, 72, went to be with Jesus his Lord and Savior, Friday, November 2, 2012, at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, TX. He was born to Ed and Linnie Cole on October 31, 1940. Stephen graduated from Emmet High School in Emmet, Arkansas in May of 1958 and began working with his father in a service station. Steve served his country in the US Army for 3 years, serving at Ft. Hood, Germany, and South Carolina.
Stephen is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Anita Catina.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Nalvia of Abilene his daughter Belinda Nease and husband Nathan of Abilene his son Brad Cole and wife Nicole of Plano his brothers and sisters: Jim Cole, Wayne Cole, Vicki Carter, Elaine Duewer, Roger Cole, Denise Williams, and Bruce Cole six grandsons, one granddaughter, and one great granddaughter.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, November 6, 2012, in Temple, Texas, at Bellwood Memorial Park Cemetery, 8575 Airport Road. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm, Wednesday, November 7, 2012, in Abilene, Texas at Beltway Park Baptist Church, 4009 Beltway South.
