Stanley Mersiovsky

Services for Stanley Ray Mersiovsky will be 10 am Wednesday, November 5, at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple with Pastor Rick Reed officiating.

Mr. Mersiovsky died October 29, 2014 at a local nursing home facility.

Stanley was born March 10, 1944 in Salado, Texas to William Bill Emil Mersiovsky and Naomi Emma Hulda Dutschmann Mersiovsky. He married the love of his life, Loretta Hill and they lived and worked in the Temple community all of their life. Stan served the community through his business, Stans Automotive. Stan was very proud to be a Grandpa to all five of his grandchildren whom he loved most of all.

He is preceded in death by his wife, parents, two brothers Danny Mersiovsky and Harold Mersiovsky.

Stanley is survived by his daughter, Jan Ellyn Mersiovsky and spouse Michael and son, Daniel Brandon Mersiovsky three sisters Susie Frazier and husband Donald, Ruthie Rhea and husband David, and Barbara Garrett and husband Billy five grandchildren, four nieces, and six nephews.

The family would like to thank the caregivers from Gentiva Hospice.

Visitation will be from 6 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4, at the funeral home.
