Sharon Montgomery

Sharon Eve Montgomery, 70, of Troy, died Thursday, October 2, 2008 at her residence. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00pm Saturday at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home with Tom Adams officiating. Burial will be October 15, 2008 in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan.

Sharon Montgomery was born November 27, 1937 to Clinton Duane and Viola Mary BoucherHudson Hascall in Vassar, Michigan. She graduated from Sault High School. On December 1, 1956, she married Bobby A. Montgomery in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan. Sharon worked as a homemaker. She has lived in the area since 1976, and moved to Troy in 2003. BRBRShe is preceded in death by her husband, sons, William Montgomery and Robert Montgomery, brother, Clayton Hascall, sister, Clintia Mary Seavoy and grandson, Roy Walker, Jr.

Survivors include: son Chris Montgomery of Temple, daughters; Kathryn Pratt of Dolores, Colorado, Debra Taylor of Temple, Cheryll Reddehase of Belton, and Sharon Walker of Troy, brothers; Duane Hascall and Paul Hagmier both of Palm Desert, California, John Hascall of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, Pat Hascall and wife, Nancy of Brinley, Michigan, Hudson Hascall and wife Lynn of Kailua, Hawaii, sisters; Marcia Marie Hascall of St. Ignace, Michigan, Wanda Donnay of Brimley, Michigan, and Crystal Kelly and husband, Dennis of Goldbar, Washington, 25 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.
