Scott Ewing

Scott Daniel Ewing, 46, formerly of Temple, died Monday, August 29, 2011 at his residence in Austin. He was born February 10, 1965 to Daniel G. and Frances Vanacek Ewing in Temple.
He is preceded in death by his father in 1982.
Mr. Ewing is survived by his mother, Frances Ewing of Temple special friend, James Thigpen and son, Jarrod Thigpen of Austin sister, Cheryl Lee Ewing and husband, Jerry Bookout of Temple nieces Stephanie Ewing and Taylor Bookout numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be 68 p.m., Friday, September 2 at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 3, 2011 at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple with Pastor Tommy Popelka officiating. Burial will follow in Oenaville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to A.S.P.C.A. or City of Temple, co Temple Animal Shelter, 620 Mama Dog Circle, Temple, TX 76504.
