Santos Munos, Jr.

Services for Santos Munos, Jr., 63, of Temple, are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 23, 2014, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Temple with Father Tom Chamberlain officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Mr. Munos died Tuesday, June 17, 2014, in a local hospital.
Santos was born July 23, 1950, in Temple to Santos Munos, Sr., and Mary Lucy GarciaMunos. He graduated from Temple High School in 1969. Santos worked for El Chacho Restaurant for 18 years and for the Temple Independent School District cafeteria. He was a big fan of the Texas Longhorn football program and the San Antonio Spurs.
Survivors are his father, Santos Munos, Sr., a brother, James Munos a nephew, Adrian Munos a great nephew Erin Munos and a great niece, Elisabeth Munos.
Visitation will be from 68 p.m. Sunday, June 22 at HarperTalasek Funeral Home. Recitation of Rosary will be at 7 p.m.
