Sally Meyer

A Memorial Service for Ms. Sally "Joan" Walker/Meyer, 75, of Morgan's Point Resort, will be held at 2 PM Monday, March 4, 2019 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.

Ms. Meyer passed from this life on February 27, 2019. Sally "Joan" Meyer was born December 1, 1943, to J.R. and Leona Freeman Walker in Midland County, TX.

Joan loved spending time with her family. She was very family oriented and was a very genuine person.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Bill Walker and Dickey Walker.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory are, her three sons, James Prentice, Johnny Prentice, and Kenneth Prentice; brother, Joe Walker; 2 grandchildren, Danielle Prentice and James Prentice, Jr.; as well as many other beloved friends and family.
