The services for Roy Don Henson, 48, of Killeen, Texas, will be private.
Mr. Henson passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at a local hospital.
Roy was born November 22, 1966 in Lake County, Tennessee to Roy Gene Henson and Susie Darnall Henson. He graduated from Stuttguart High School in Germany and Armstrong Atlantic State University with a bachelor's degree in nursing. He served our country in the United States Army in the Gulf War. Roy was an NRA member and felt strongly about the open carry law. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Roy's greatest joy was watching his son graduate from Georgia Southern University.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother, Susie Henson; son and daughter -in-law, David and Becky Henson; brother, Darnell Henson; and grandchild, Abigail Henson.
