Roxanna Andrews

Services for Roxanna "Roxy" Marie Andrews, 54, of Killeen will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, June 2, 2017 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple. Burial will be at Carolina Cemetery in Durango, Texas.

Roxanna M. Andrews died on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at a local hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.

Roxanna was born on June 30, 1962 to Doyle Wayne Parker and Mary Frances Jacobs Parker in Crane, Texas. Ms. Andrews was a caring nurse for 27 years. She specialized in long-term care and worked for Rosewood Retirement Community. She was a member of the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators. A special thank you to the staff of 8 North at Baylor Scott & White Hospital and Scott & White Hospice for their compassionate care.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her son, Arthur Emil Woltman, Jr.

Survivors include her two daughters, Amy George and husband Michael George, Angelia Fetsko and husband Steve Fetsko; brother, Herman Parker and wife Nancy; two sisters, Donna Walts and husband Curtis, Melissa Leavelle and husband Joe; seven grandchildren, Stella George, Alyssa Fetsko, Layla Fetsko, Judd Fetsko, Addison Fetsko, Avrie Woltman, and Ashlynn Owen.
Donations in memory of Roxy may be made out to St. Jude Research Hospital.

Visitation will be held before the service beginning at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 2, 2017 at the funeral home.

Arrangements are in the care of Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.
