Roland Currier

Roland Lee Currier, 93 of Belton, passed away January 21, 2010 in a local nursing facility. No services are scheduled.

Roland lee Currier was born December 23, 1916 to Anthony and Maude Wiggins Currier in Waukegan, Texas. On February 20, 1945, he married Willo Lenore Tully in Pecos, Texas. He proudly served our country in the United States Army. He saw action at Normandy, northern France, and the Rhineland campaigns. He later worked in the exploration department of Continental Oil Company Conoco.

He is predeceased by his wife, and son, Roland Lee Currier, Jr.

Survivors include: son, Gerald Currier of San Francisco, California, and numerous siblings.
