Funeral Services for Mr. Randy "Tin Man" Fraga, 54, of Hutto, will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Temple. He will be laid to rest at Hillcrest Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM with a Rosary to follow at 7 PM Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.
Mr. Fraga passed from this life on April 15, 2019. Randy Jesse Fraga was born June 9, 1964, to Miguel and Enriqueta (Magana) Fraga in Temple, Texas. He grew up and attended school in Temple graduating with the Temple High School class of 1982, then went on to attend Texas State University graduating in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. He loved music, cars and his cats. He was vice president of the Temple High School Varsity Band and a member of the Highlighters jazz band. He was nicknamed the Tin Man after having a heart transplant. He worked as an eligibility specialist with the Department of Human Services also owning and operating Pfraga Salsa Caliente and a tax service.
He was preceded in death by his father, Miguel Fraga; and nephew, Michael Garcia.
Those left to honor and cherish his memory are, his mother, Enriqueta Fraga; two sisters, Stella Santos and Margie Garcia and husband Pablo; two brothers, Danny Fraga and David Fraga; two nieces; three nephews; two great nieces; and eight great nephews; as well as many other beloved family and friends.
