Pauline Popaditch

Pauline J. Popaditch, 85 of Austin, passed away Saturday, January 22, 2011 in a Cedar Park nursing facility. Graveside service will be 2:00pm, Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple, Texas with Father Ranjan Cletus officiating.

Mrs. Popaditch was born March 21, 1925 to Luke and Stella Spoljoric in Hammond, Indiana. On March 20, 1954, she was married to Eugene J. Popaditch, Sr. in Hammond Indiana. She worked as a homemaker.

She is preceded in death by her husband Eugene J. Popaditch, Sr., her parents, sisters Rose Klycezk, Helen Ballou, and Barbara Dinga, brothers, Chuck and Pete Spoljoric, and soninlaw, Ronald L. Stemp, Sr.

Survivors include: son, Eugene Popaditch, Jr. of Austin, daughters Penny Cantrell of Cleveland, Tennessee and Paula Gilliam and husband Johnny of Round Rock, brother, Miller Spoljoric and wife Connie of Indiana, grandchildren Trey Popaditch, Ron Stemp and wife Carrie, Kara Gilliam, Joey Gilliam, Keri Hall, Theresa Stemp, and Roy Cantrell, great grandchildren Loren Stemp, Treagan Hall, Zachary Johnson, Jacob Brown, and Lyric Cantrell, and several nieces and nephews.

Pauline Popaditch was known to her granchildren as Bobbies.

HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple, Texas is in charge of arrangements.
