Graveside services for O'Neil Anno, 83, of Temple will be 2:00 pm Thursday, July 2nd at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen with Pastor Rick Reed officiating.
O'Neil passed away Saturday, June 27th, at his home.
O'Neil was born July 13, 1931 to Paul Anno and Carrie Kyle Anno in Forest City, Missouri. After he graduated from Forest High School he joined the United States Navy then transferred to the Army for final retirement in 1971. O'Neil served our country during the Vietnam and Korean Wars. He married Rosie Crelia in 1983. O'Neil enjoyed camping and fishing, touring the United States, and visiting family. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Temple and served the Lord by singing and cooking his famous beef stew for family days. O'Neil loved God, his country and family.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife of thirty-two years; daughters, Shelia Justus and husband Edward, Toni Maskunas and husband Antony; brother, Paul Anno; sisters, Eva Jean Schroder and husband Howard, Iretta Anderson and husband Chuck; seven grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
