Omer Isaacks

Services for Omer Lee Isaacks, 60, of Temple, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, December 7, 2013, at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple with the Rev. Jay Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Mr. Isaacks died Saturday, November 30, at his home.

He was born in Temple on April 9, 1953, to Omer Vance and Mary Cluck Isaacks. He lived in the Temple area for many years and served in the U.S. Army in the early 1970s.

Mr. Isaacks was preceded in death by his parents two brothers, William David Isaacks and James Terry Isaacks and one sister, Kay Karl.

He is survived by two brothers, Jerry Isaacks of Seabrook and Larry Isaacks of Argyle and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6 8 p.m. Friday, December 6, 2013, at the funeral home.
