Odessa Billeck

Services for Odessa ImaJean Billeck, 83, of Temple, will be 10 a.m. Friday, August 3, at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple with Pastor Robbie Daniel officiating. Burial will follow in Bellwood Memorial Park.

Mrs. Billeck passed away Saturday, July 28, in Temple.

Odessa ImaJean Billeck was born November 26, 1934 in Rogers, Texas to Bennie Kattner and Annie Lou Liles Kattner. She attended school in Temple and worked for a time as a caregiver for Girling Heath Care. She married Stanley Edward Billeck in Belton, Texas on August 6, 1958. Mrs. Billeck enjoyed watching old TV shows, especially MASH, Gunsmoke and Bonanza, and spending time with her family. She was a faithful Christian, a good Mother and Grandmother, and never met a stranger.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Stanley; and two sons, Stanley Joseph Billeck and Stephen Billeck.

Survivors include two sons, Donald Ray Billeck and David Wayne Billeck; three daughters, Shirley Jean Camp, Carol Ann Billeck, and Debra Kay Adams; three grandchildren, Michael, Taylor, and Travis; and one great-grandchild, Kaden.

Visitation will be 9 - 10 a.m. Friday, August 3, at the funeral home.

Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple is in charge of arrangements.
