Michelle Zamora

A memorial service for Michelle Hutton Zamora, 40, of San Jose, California will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 29, 2015 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple with Jay Thomas officiating.

Michelle died unexpectedly on February 1, 2015 in San Jose. She was born November 29, 1974 in Spring Valley, Minnesota to Doug and Lucy Hutton.

She graduated from Andrew Hill High School in San Jose, California. Michelle worked as a cashier for seventeen years and in her spare time she enjoyed camping, skiing, and watching hockey or baseball. Michelle married the love of her life in September 1999, Matthew Zamora and in 2003 they started their family with the birth of their first born child, Kaleb Zamora, whom she loved dearly. She enjoyed playing the piano and was known for her joking around as the life of the party. Michelle was known for her generosity, big heart, and concern for what people thought, always pleasing everyone she knew.

She is survived by her husband, Matthew Zamora, her twelve year old son, Kaleb, both of San Jose, California; parents, Doug and Lucy Hutton of Temple; and sister, Gail Smith of Austin, Texas; grandmother, January Salinas. Her memories will be honored by numerous Aunts and Uncles, Nieces and Nephews from all over the world.

A light reception will follow the memorial service. All are welcome to come and celebrate Michelle's life. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Kaleb Zamora's college fund. Please email lucyhutton7@yahoo.com for details.
