Maydell M. Kelly, 99, of Temple, passed away surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on November 6, 1926, in Buckholts, Texas, to Ronnie and Sarah Malone.

Maydell was married to William F. Kelly, who preceded her in death. She worked for Montgomery Ward and will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She also held a special place in her heart for her grand-dog, Jase.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William F. Kelly; and her brothers, Billy Malone and Donnell Malone.

Maydell is survived by her sons, Steve Kelly and Robert Kelly; sister, Opal Nutt; grandchildren, Bryan Kelly, Mark Kelly, and Michael Kelly; and great-grandchildren, Scotlyn Kelly, Slater Kelly, Rylee Kelly, Henry Kelly, and Nathan Kelly.

Maydell’s long life was a blessing to her family, and her memory will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
