Maxine Little

Maxine Janey Little, 82 of Temple, passed away Saturday, December 11, 2010 in a local hospital. Celebration of Life will be 10:00am Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at HarperTalasek Funeral Home Chapel in Temple with Pastor Gary Pemberton and Pastor Rodney Tedford officiating, testimonial by Curtis Starnes, and musician Gloria Ribbeck. Burial will be 1:30pm Tuesday at Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple.

Maxine Little was born May 3, 1928 to Henry and Millie Reed Smith in Ranger, Texas. She was married to Binford Allen Little in Bell County. Mrs. Little retired from the Temple V.A. Hospital after working 38 years as a Registered Nurse. She was a member of Avenue T Church of Christ in Temple.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1987, her parents, a stepson, one brother, one sister, and a nephew.

Survivors include: daughter, Jannie Tallarigo and husband David of Temple, brother, James Smith of Temple, sister, Clara King of Temple, and 9 grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6:008:00pm Monday, December 13, 2010 at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple.
