Mary Lucille (Zikuhr) Maly

Mary Lucille (Zikuhr) Maly, age 81 of Belton and Columbus, Texas, entered into rest Monday, June 16, 2025, in Temple, Texas. Services will be held Monday, June 23, 2025, at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple, with a visitation starting at 10 am and funeral immediately following at 11 am. Burial will be in Bellwood Memorial Park & Cemetery.

Mary was born on August 5, 1943, to Charles and Elizabeth (Matuska) Zikuhr in Cat Spring, Texas. Mary attended the First Baptist Church in Belton, Texas and dedicated her life to her family.

Mary is preceded in death by her father, Charles Zikuhr; mother, Elizabeth Zikuhr; sisters, Ida Mae Zikuhr, Elizabeth Ann Zikuhr Drescher, and Mattie Joyce Zikuhr; and brothers, Woodrow Louis Zikuhr, Benjamin Lee Zikuhr, Ben Charles Zikuhr, Billy Zikuhr, and Jimmy Zikuhr.

Those left to honor and cherish her memories are son, Herman Zikuhr of Rogers; daughter, Ann Minor and husband, Paul Minor Jr of Belton; brother, George Zikuhr of Katy; grandsons, Taylor Zikuhr, and Tristen Zikuhr both of Belton; and granddaughters, Amber Minor, and Ashley Minor both of Belton.
