Mary "Butch" Lonidier

Mary “Butch” Lonidier, age 91 of Temple, passed from this life Wednesday, March 26, 2025. Services will be held at 10 am Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.

Butch was born on January 7, 1934, to L.R. and Alice Daniel in Mineral Wells, Texas. She attended Roy High School in Roy, New Mexico. Butch worked as a bookkeeper until her retirement. She enjoyed square dancing and loved music.

Butch is preceded by her parents, L.R. and Alice Daniel; daughters, Janie Keeler, Audrey Statum, and Tammy Lonidier; and brother, Eldon Lee Daniel.

Survivors include her beloved husband, Douglas “Lonnie” Lonidier; sons, Robert Lonidier, Bobby Green, Charlie Lonidier, and Gene Martin; daughter, Sharon Green; brothers, Bill Daniel and wife, Pat, and Jimbo Daniel and wife, Glenda; sister, Sally Shafer and husband, Richard; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation.
