Mary Ophelia Bucher, 87 of Temple, passed away Saturday, January 24, 2009 in a local hospital. Graveside services will be 10:00am Tuesday at Greathouse Cemetery in Temple. BRBRMary Bucher was born November 8, 1921 to Thomas and Susan Smith Wiginton in Coleman, Texas. She was married to David R. Bucher. Ms. Bucher worked as a technician at Scott and White for 28 years. She was a member of Western Hills Church of Christ, where she taught preschool Sunday School.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother, and a sister, and a nephew.

Survivors include: niece, Sandra McCoy of Lytle, Texas, 2 great nephews; James and Mark McCoy, and numerous cousins.

Visitation will be 6-8pm Monday at Harper Talasek Funeral Home.
