Marieann Augillon Herrera, 55, of Temple, Texas a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister went to be with the Lord, Saturday, March 27, 2010.
Visitation will be from 68 p.m.,Tuesday at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 31, at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple with Frank Davila officiating. Graveside services will follow at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen at 1:00 p.m.
Marieann was born March 20, 1955 in Cameron, Texas to Santiago and Francisca Aguillon. On October 16, 1971 she married David R. Herrera, Sr. She served the Lord for over 35 years and was a member of Full Gospel Holiness Church in Temple. She loved God, her family and friends.Reading and studying the Word of God was her passion. Sewing was her pastime and she worked at Valet Cleaners as a seamstress for over 18 years.
She was preceded in death by her father, Santiago C.Aguillon, Sr., her mother, Francisca M. Aguillon, and her brother, Guadalupe Aguillon.
Marieann is survived by her husband of 39 years, David R. Herrera, Sr., her sons, David R. Herrera, Jr. and wife, JoAnn Herrera, Duane R. Herrera, Dustin R. Herrera and fiance, Desiree Dahmer, one daughter, Dayna Renee Herrera and two grandchildern, Elaina C Herrera and Nathaniel D. Herrera. She is also survived by sisters, Rosa Davila and Angie Flores and brothers Domingo M. Aguillon, Santiago C. Agullion, Jr., Marcelo Aguillon and Miguel Aguillon.
