Magdalene Schiller

Mrs. Magdalene Maggie Schiller, 94, of Temple, died Saturday, February 28, 2009 in a Temple nursing center.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Temple. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery at Cyclone. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M. Monday at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.

Mrs. Schiller was born to Joseph and Anastasia Zucha in Bell County on July 15, 1914. She was a lifelong resident of Bell County. She married Joe H. Schiller, Sr. in Marak in 1938. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Temple.

Survivors include one son, Joe Schiller of Zabcikville; two daughters, Eva Snapka of Arlington and Marlene Schiller of Round Rock; nine grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and a daughter, Josephine Matush.

Visitation will be Monday from 6-7 P.M. at the funeral home.
