Lydia Stepan

Lydia Stepan, 109, of Temple, passed away at a local nursing home on September 7, 2012. There will be a 10 am graveside service at Seaton Cemetery, Temple on September 12, 2012 under the direction of HarperTalasek Funeral Home.
Lydia was born March 25, 1903 to Ben Schiller and Annie Bartek Schiller in East Bell County. Lydia owned her own business in domestic work. She loved flowers, cooking, and sewing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Stepan.
Lydia is survived by her two daughters Evelyn Popelka of Temple, and Mabel Weinecke and husband Jack of Oregon.
