Louise Neman

Mrs. Louise Mitchell Neman, 91, of Temple, died Saturday, July 4, 2009 in a Temple hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, July 6, 2009 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple with Rev. Hubert Austin officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple.

Mrs. Neman was born to L.J. and May Holley Derrick in Temple on July 29, 1917. She had been a resident of Temple for the past 20 years, moving here from Houston, where she lived for 50 years. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Temple. Mrs. Neman was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Sol Neman of Temple; two sons, Jack Mitchell of Hempstead and Bob Mitchell of Opelousas, Louisiana; three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lee Knight Mitchell in 1987.

Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 A.M. until service time.
