Leo Vrazel

Leo Vrazel, age 91, of Rosebud, passed from this life Monday, July 28th, 2025. Services will be held at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 6th, with a visitation starting at 10 a.m. and service immediately following at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Seaton Cemetery.

Leo was born on January 30, 1934, in the Milam County community of Yarrelton. He married Doris Schiller of Seaton, and together they settled in Cameron to begin their life as a family. Leo worked for ten years at McLean Wholesale before he and Doris welcomed two sons, David and Michael. The family later moved to Falls County, where they purchased a farm and cultivated wheat and milo. Leo eventually took a position at E.R. Carpenter in Temple, where he dedicated 29 years of service before retiring.

Leo is preceded by his parents, Joe and Marie Vrazel; brothers, Joe Vrazel, Ladis Vrazel, and Louis Vrazel; and sisters, Annie Susik, Angeline Kopriva, and Rosalee Kopriva.

Survivors include his wife, Doris Vrazel; sons, David Vrazel, and Michael Vrazel; and sister, Mary Woltman.
