Memorial services for Laura Ann McCormick, 38, of Temple will be 10:00 am on Friday, September 11, 2015 at Bellwood Memorial Park and Cemetery with Dr. Jimmy Dorrell officiating.
Laura Ann McCormick passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at her home in Temple.
Laura was born on April 12, 1977 to John McCormick and Barbara Kay Fuessel McCormick in Temple, Texas. She was a lifelong resident of Temple, graduating from Temple High School in 1995. Laura was a free spirited person and one of her proudest moments was becoming a mother. She was blessed with two children and in 2008, when reunited with Zane Jackson, she loved and nurtured his four children as her own. She enjoyed country music, the musician Bob Marley, collecting records, crafting, and being around friends and family.
She is preceded in death by her mother.
Survivors include her husband, Zane Jackson; father, John McCormick; sons; Donovan Costine, Haigon Shine, Brayden Jackson; Daughters, Veronica Costine, Alix Jackson, Tylor Jackson; brother, John McCormick; sisters, Amy McCormick, Kristi McCormick, and Samantha McCormick.
