Juanita Richards

Juanita Richards, 83, of Temple passed away Thursday, April 28, 2011 at her home. Visitation will be 68 p.m., Sunday, May 1, 2011 at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple.

Mrs. Richards was born May 26, 1927 to William F. and Florence Brown Garner in Heidenheimer. She graduated Academy High School in the class of 1944. She was married 66 years to Rev. Floyd Richards. She was a pastors wife for 35 years and a military wife for 25 years. Rev. Floyd preceded her in death November , 2010. Mrs. Richards was a lifelong Bell County resident and a local artist. She was a baptist.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Mrs. Richards is survived by 3 sons, Ricky R. Richard and wife, Linda of Temple, Gary Richards of Temple and Paul Richards and wife, Linda of Salinas, California daughter, Robin Brown and husband, Carl of Lubbock 13 grandchildren 15 great grandchildren and 3 greatgreat grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 2, 2011 at Heights Baptist Church in Temple with Rev. Billy Koinm and Dr. Tom Henderson officiating. Burial will follow in Wilson Valley Cemetery in Little River.
