Graveside services for Joseph Andrew Litwin, 64, of Temple will be held 10 AM Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple with Brother Billy Koinm officiating. A time of visitation and fellowship will take place from 6 to 8 PM on Monday July 9, 2018 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.

Joseph Andrew Litwin went from the arms of his loving wife and into the arms of His Heavenly Father on July 4, 2018. He was born in Hoboken, New Jersey on March 3, 1954 to Stanley and Josephine Litwin.

SFC Litwin, Ret US Army, proudly served his nation for 20 years. He continued servicing the military at the VA Regional Office in Waco. Joe's greatest treasure in life was his family. He was a devoted Christian, husband, father, and Da. Joey was loved deeply and will be missed beyond words.

Mr. Litwin is preceded in death by his parents and his mother and father in-law.

Joe is survived by his wife of 43 years Mrs. Katherine Litwin; 1 daughter Lorrie-JoeAn, 3 granddaughters Katelynn, Ashley, Brittany, and one great-grandchild Lainee. He has one surviving sister Kathleen Forbes.

Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple is in charge of arrangements.
