Jorge Redentor Rojo Abrego, age 27, of Temple, Texas, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 21, 2026. He was born on October 1, 1998, in Austin, Texas, to Alejandra Abrego-Lizarraga and Redentor Rojo.

To understand Jorge’s story is to acknowledge the challenges he faced so bravely. For many years, Jorge lived with epilepsy, seizure disorders, and emotional and mental health disabilities. These medical conditions presented a heavy burden, often hidden from others, yet Jorge faced them with remarkable strength.

Jorge was never defined by his illnesses. He was a much-loved son, brother, and uncle who brought joy to those who truly knew him. His love for his family was unique and special in his own way. He found happiness dancing with his nieces and nephews and enjoyed watching movies and listening to music.

Jorge is survived by his parents, Alejandra Abrego-Lizarraga and Redentor Rojo; his brothers, Jose Adrian Razo and Luis Fernando Razo; and his sisters, Rebecca Rojo, Yesenia Rojo, Anna Guadalupe Rojo-Abrego, Margarita Abrego, Valeria Lourdes Monsivais, and Maria Jose Palacios.

Jorge’s strength, love, and memory will remain forever in the hearts of his family and all who knew him.
