Jonathan Equels

Services for Jon Lowell Equels, of Temple, will be held at 10 am Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple, 500 W. Barton Ave. He passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at his home.

Jon was born August 26, 1974 in Temple, Texas to Jimmy and Linda Equels. He was a musician who played bass for many bands and also was an avid fisherman who fished much and caught little. He will be missed greatly by those who knew and loved him.

Jon is survived by his parents; and his brother, Kris.

A time of visitation will be from 5 to 7 pm Friday, February 1, 2019 at the funeral home.
