Jon Faucett

Jon Paul Faucett, age 56 of Round Rock, passed away Monday, May 18, 2020 at a local hospital. A Memorial Service will be held from 4 – 6 pm Tuesday, May 26, 2020 in the Harper-Talasek Funeral Home Chapel in Temple, 500 W. Barton Ave.

Jon was born on May 18, 1964 to Coy B and Tressia Jewel (Smith) Faucett in Temple, Texas. He enjoyed going to church and watching racing. His great love was, however, a little Boston Terrier named Brutus Beefcakes. He attended Impact Church in Temple and also enjoyed playing bingo.

Jon was preceded in death by his parents, Coy B. and Tressia Faucett; brother, Jimmy Faucett; and other family members.

He will be greatly missed by so many that loved him. Survivors include his daughter, Valarie Coleman; brother, Gary Faucett; sisters, Deidra Vittek and Cindy Woodell; and his beloved furry friend, Brutus Beefcakes.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Jon’s name to the American Heart Association.

Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple is in charge of arrangements.
