Jane Elizabeth Schriner, 96, of Salado died Saturday, December 7, 2013, in a local hospital.

No services are planned.

Mrs. Schriner was born March 31, 1917, to John and Helen Southword Kozelka in Cleveland, Ohio. She married William Valentine Schriner. She was preceded in death by her husband on November 10, 2005.

Survivors include a daughter, Diana Harris of Harker Heights.

HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple is in charge of arrangements.
