Jack Hudson

Jack Hudson, age 92 of Temple, passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021 at William R. Courtney Texas State Veterans Home in Temple. Following cremation, a private memorial will be held at a later date.

Jack was born in Sturgis, Michigan. After high school, he served 26 years in the United States Army and the Michigan National Guard. Jack was a commercial pilot and a flight instructor. Upon retiring from the military, he worked 15+ years as a Quality Control Supervisor for Glas Tec Company in Indiana. He moved to Texas in 1985 and was a lifelong Catholic.

Jack is preceded in death by his wife, Norma Hudson; parents, Theodore S. and Gretchen Hudson Sr.; sister, Pauline Steeby; and sister, Roxanne Hudson.

His survivors include daughter, Sandy Knight and husband, Lawrence of Harker Heights; son, Colin Hudson and wife, Coyo of Harker Heights; son, Jason Hudson and wife, Rebecca of Fort Worth; brother, Harry Hudson and wife, Carol of California; sister, Barbara Enos of Michigan; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
