Howard Baldwin

Howard Earl Baldwin, 84 of Temple, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2010 in a local nursing facility. Funeral service will be 10:00am, Monday, October 18, 2010 at the Belton Nazarene Church with Pastor Adrian D. Tommy Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple with military honors.
Mr. Baldwin was born December 5, 1925 to Harold Reid and Alberta Sealock Baldwin in Palacios, Texas. He honorably served our country during World War II in the United States Army. On July 1, 1952, he married Mora Jane Lemay in Bethany, Oklahoma. He worked as a Pastor at Grace Church of Nazarene in Temple. He also worked as a counselor for T.E.C. Mr. Baldwin was a member of the Phi Delta Lamda Honor Society at Bethany Nazarene College.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Oliver and Donald, and sister Irene.

Survivors include his wife of Temple, daughters Crystal Baldwin of Temple, Coral Snider and husband Allan of Bethany, Oklahoma, Linda Baldwin and husband Randall Hassig of Temple, son, Stanley Baldwin of Temple, and daughter Rhonda Wardlow and husband Terry of Temple brothers Carl Baldwin of Palacios, Joseph Baldwin of Portland, Texas, and James Baldwin of Somerville, and grandchildren: Jennifer Todd, Jessica Cooper, Nicholas Hassig, Zachary Hassig, Ian Wardlow, Sara Wardlow, and Shaun Wardlow.
