Guadalupe Sambenetti

Guadalupe "Lupe" Ramos Sambenetti, age 85 of Temple, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at her residence.

Guadalupe "Lupe" Ramos Sambenetti was born January 2, 1934 in Cuero, Texas to Salvador Ramos and Longina Tamez.

Guadalupe was preceded in death by her parents Ysidro and Apolonia Gonzalez, six brothers, and four sisters.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her three children,Rebecca Soto, Dorothy Ramos Rivas, and Alex Ramos; eight grandchildren Mary Jane, Cristina, Michelle, John, Gina, Sonia, Ramiro, Brandon; eighteen great grandchildren; as well as many other beloved family and friends.

Lupe loved spending time with family, playing bingo, listening to music, and dancing. She brought life and joy to any room with her caring heart and great sense of humor. She forever will be remembered as strong, hardworking, independent, and never afraid to tell you what was on her mind.

Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing and visitation Thursday, June 13, 2019 from 5pm - 7pm at Harper-Talasek Funeral home in Temple with a rosary recited at 7pm. A mass of Christian celebration will be held Friday, June 14, 2019 at 3:30pm at St. Mary Catholic Church in Temple.
