Grace Robinson

Mrs. Grace Jones Borne Robinson, 80, of New Orleans, passed away, Monday July 7, 2014 in Temple, Texas. She was born to the late Purcell C. Jones and Juana Altagracia Tejeda on April 30, 1934 in Puerto Castilla, Honduras. She grew up in Tampa, Florida where she graduated from Plant High School in 1953. Grace received her R. N. from Touro School of Nursing and worked as a nurse in New Orleans for several years. She was married to Allen Helwick Borne and the late Gerard J. Robinson. Grace was the beloved mother of Allen Helwick Borne, Jr., Kimberley Dawn Borne and Saundra Grace Borne West Glen and beloved grandmother of Caitlin Grace West, Garret Scott West, Sophia Grace Borne, Isabella Sidonia Borne, Robert Ross Kantor and Perry Lane Kantor. She is survived by her brother, Edward P. Jones and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Her special friends in this world were Anna, Patsy, Lillian and Prince.
