George Henson

George Allen Henson, 63, of Temple died Thursday, Sept 22, 2011 at a local hospital. Visitation will be 68 p.m., Wednesday, September 28 at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 29, 2011 also at the funeral home with burial to follow at Moffat Cemetery.
Mr. Henson was born July 23, 1948 to Frank and Eva Bell Landrum Henson in Temple. He proudly served his country in the U S Air Force during the Vietnam War. He worked as a conductor for the Santa Fe Railroad.
Mr. Henson is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Yvonne Moncrief.
He is survived by children: Michelle Ward and Jodie Hood of Freemont, Michigan and Greg Cook of Arlington brothers, Paul Henson of Moody and Elvin Wolff of Moffat 6 grandchildren.
HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Temple is in charge of arrangements.
