Geneva Lee, a cherished soul born on September 14, 1937, in Leander, Texas, gracefully departed from this world on February 5, 2025, in Belton, Texas. Her life was a beautiful tapestry woven with love, compassion, and joyous moments that touched the hearts of those who had the privilege to know her.
A graveside service will take place on Friday, February 21, 2025, at 1 pm at New Hope Cemetery, 200 W. New Hope Drive, Cedar Park, TX 78613, where Geneva will be laid to rest next to her father and mother, Les and Mary Henry.
As a remarkable woman, Geneva embraced every day with warmth and laughter, becoming a beacon of light for her family and friends. Her gentle spirit and unwavering strength inspired many, leaving an indelible mark on every life she encountered. Whether it was through her comforting words, her infectious smile, or her generous nature, Geneva brought comfort and happiness to those around her.
Geneva's legacy will forever be remembered not only in the memories shared but in the countless lives she enriched with her presence. Those who were fortunate enough to call her family, friends, or even acquaintances knew the true meaning of kindness and love through her actions.
Geneva is preceded in death by her oldest grandson, JD Crawford, and her brother, Jimmy Henry.
Survivors include her three sons, Scott Crawford and wife, Laurrie, Vic Crawford and wife, Barbara, and Barton Crawford and wife, Crea; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sister, Mary Jean Rockett and husband, Rex; and six nieces and nephews.
Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of Geneva during a visitation to be held on Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 5-7 pm at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.
