Fritz Wendler

Private family graveside services for Fritz E. Wendler, Jr., 84, of Temple will be at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery in Bartlett, Texas.

Fritz passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at a senior care facility.

Fritz was born November 18, 1930 to Fritz Wendler, Sr. and Hertha Lindemann Wendler in Holland, Texas. He married Shirley Cooksey on February 20, 1954 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Bartlett, Texas.

Preceded in death by his parents and family members; Bob Wendler, Wallace Wendler, Bea Patterson, and Edna Tyler.

Survivors include his wife; children; Debra Hill and Sheryl Tormey; grandchildren; Kessler Tormey and Kyler Tormey; and two sisters; Myrtle Wood and Nelda Mucha.
